The terms that govern your use of the Lease Solutions website and services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lease Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company located at 1427 Blue Lakes Blvd N, Twin Falls, ID 83301 ("Lease Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing leasesolutions.com (the "Site") or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Lease Solutions helps drivers who want to purchase their leased vehicle. Our services include helping you understand your lease payoff, arranging financing for your lease buyout through third-party partner lenders, assisting with title transfer and registration paperwork, and offering optional vehicle protection products through third-party providers.
Lease Solutions is not a lender. We arrange financing through a network of partner banks and credit unions. All credit decisions, interest rates, and loan terms are made and set solely by the lender that considers your application. We may receive compensation from lenders and product providers in connection with our services.
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee that you will receive financing or any particular rate or term. All financing is subject to the lender's credit approval and eligibility requirements. Any rates displayed on the Site are examples only, are current as of the date indicated, are subject to change without notice, and are available only to qualified applicants.
You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and be able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You agree that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
If you submit a credit application, you authorize us and our partner lenders to obtain your credit report, which may involve a hard credit inquiry that can affect your credit score.
Vehicle protection products (such as service contracts, GAP coverage, and similar products) are optional, are not required to obtain financing, and are provided by third parties under their own terms and contracts. Review any product contract carefully; the provider's contract governs that product.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us about your inquiry, including calls, text messages, and emails, which may be made using automated technology. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message, using the OPT OUT link on the Site, or contacting us.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Lease Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with the Site's operation, attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, or using the Site in violation of any applicable law.
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including lender application portals. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
The Site and its content are provided for general information and are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on the Site, including calculators and articles, is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Estimates produced by our tools are illustrations only and are not offers of credit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lease Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lease Solutions LLC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Twin Falls County, Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and material changes will be indicated. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
