Your consent to receive disclosures about your financing request electronically, and how to get paper copies or withdraw.

Lease Solutions LLC ("Lease Solutions," "we," "us") arranges vehicle lease buyout financing through partner lenders. When you submit a financing application or other request through leasesolutions.com (a "Request"), we can only give you the benefit of doing this online if you agree to receive certain disclosures electronically. This document explains your rights when we deliver legally required disclosures, notices, and other information ("Disclosures") to you electronically. By checking the credit authorization box and submitting your Request, you acknowledge that you have received this document and consent to electronic delivery of Disclosures as described here.
This consent applies to Disclosures related to your Request, including our Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy, notices about the status of your Request, and any other information we are required to provide to you about it. It applies only to your dealings with Lease Solutions. The partner lenders we submit your Request to provide their own disclosures and may ask for your separate consent to receive them electronically. Once your Request has been sent to a lender and you decide to continue with that lender, you and the lender will agree on how later disclosures are delivered.
We deliver Disclosures on this website (for example, as a page or a link shown during your Request), by email to the address you give us, or, if you have separately opted in to text messages, as a link sent by text. Some Disclosures may be delivered as PDF files.
You can request a paper copy of any Disclosure at no charge. Email info@leasesolutions.com, call (208) 825-3090, or write to Lease Solutions LLC, 1427 Blue Lakes Blvd N, Twin Falls, ID 83301. Tell us which Disclosure you need and where to send it.
You may withdraw your consent to receive Disclosures electronically at any time, at no cost, by contacting us at the email, phone number, or address above. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the legal validity of Disclosures we already delivered electronically. Because our service runs online, withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue processing your Request through the website; if so, we will work with you by phone and mail instead. To withdraw consent you gave to a partner lender, contact that lender directly using the contact information in its offer.

If these requirements change in a way that creates a real risk you could no longer access or keep Disclosures, we will tell you what the new requirements are, and you may withdraw your consent at that time at no cost.

By checking the credit authorization box and submitting your Request, you confirm that you can access Disclosures in the formats described above, that you have read this document, and that you consent to receive Disclosures electronically and to do business with Lease Solutions electronically in connection with your Request.
