Who is providing this notice?

Lease Solutions LLC, 1427 Blue Lakes Blvd N, Twin Falls, ID 83301. Lease Solutions arranges vehicle lease buyout financing through partner lenders and is not itself a lender.

What we do

How does Lease Solutions protect my personal information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. Social Security numbers and dates of birth are held only in our access-controlled financing system, are never stored on this website, and are removed on a set schedule once a request is funded, declined, or abandoned.
How does Lease Solutions collect my personal information?	We collect your personal information, for example, when you give us your contact information tell us about your vehicle and lease apply for financing provide employment information We also collect your personal information from others, such as consumer reporting agencies and the lenders we work with.
Why can't I limit all sharing?	Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes: information about your creditworthiness affiliates from using your information to market to you sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Definitions

Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Lease Solutions does not share with our affiliates.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Lease Solutions does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Lease Solutions doesn't jointly market.

Other important information

Partner lenders and service providers. Sending your application, including your credit information, to the partner lenders you asked us to submit it to, and to the service providers that run our systems (hosting, customer records, document storage, communications), is sharing for our everyday business purposes described above. Those companies may use the information only to process your request or to perform services for us.

Your state-law rights. Residents of some states have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of their personal information. Those rights, and how to exercise them, are described in our Privacy Policy, which also covers this website, our marketing, and how we handle text messages and calls.

Electronic delivery. When you apply online, this notice and the other disclosures about your request are delivered electronically under our E-Sign Consent. You can ask for a paper copy at no charge at any time.
